The Panel

Twelve markers.
One reading.

Your body gets an annual panel. Your finances should too. We read twelve markers across the five systems of your financial life, set a reference range for each one against your goals rather than an average, and hand you a named correction for every marker outside it.

Why we measure

Nobody manages their health on a feeling anymore. There is no reason your money should be the exception.

A number without a range is trivia. A range without a correction is anxiety. The Panel exists to close both gaps in one sitting, so that every marker is being managed with intention.

The readout

A sample panel, in full.

Hypothetical household. Open any marker to see what it reads, why it matters, and what happens when it comes back outside range.

Sample panel shown for illustration. Figures are hypothetical, do not describe any client, and are not a projection, recommendation, or indication of future results. Reference ranges are planning guidelines constructed from a household's own facts and goals, and reasonable advisers may set them differently. The Panel is a planning tool and is not a substitute for tax or legal advice from your CPA or attorney.

The inputs

Read from documents, not from a questionnaire.

Eight sources produce all twelve markers. You send what you already have. We do the reading.

THE PANEL 12 MARKERS
01

The last two tax returns

Where the tax drag, the recognition timing and half the entity picture actually live.

02

Brokerage and retirement statements

Positions, cost basis and registrations across every custodian, including the old ones.

03

Grant agreements and vest schedules

What is vested, what is scheduled, and which windows close before the next read.

04

Twelve months of cash flow

Read from bank activity rather than a budget, because the two are rarely the same number.

05

Loan statements and rate terms

Balances, amortization, fixed against floating, and every reset date on the calendar.

06

Policy declarations and benefits

What is in force, what is portable, and what disappears the day you leave the employer.

07

Trust, will and beneficiary forms

Read against your titling, since designations override documents and frequently contradict them.

08

Entity documents and K-1s

Operating agreements, ownership percentages and anything that changes how income arrives.

Nothing is required for the first call. The document list applies at intake, once you have decided you want a panel built. The thirty minutes before that need no preparation at all.

Documents are collected through an encrypted portal and never by email. Not every household has all eight sources, and the panel is built from what exists. See our privacy notice for how information is used and safeguarded.

Reading the ranges

A range is not a rule.

The same reading means different things to different households. Below is one marker, held at exactly the same value, moved across three people. The number never changes. The range does, and with it the verdict.

In range

Thirty-two, a decade of earnings ahead, no dependents and no debt. The range runs out to roughly fifty percent, so this reading sits inside it. The position can be rebuilt if it goes to zero. We would still trim on a schedule, but this is a risk the balance sheet can carry.

Illustrative. Ranges shown are simplified for demonstration and are set in practice from a household's full facts, obligations and stated goals.

Personal

The range is built from your facts.

Six months of runway is prudent for a salaried household and thin for one living on commission. We set every range against your obligations and your goals, then show you the assumption behind it.

Expected

Out of range is normal on a first read.

Most first panels come back with more markers outside range than inside. That is what happens when a financial life is assembled one good decision at a time, by different people, over fifteen years, without anyone reading the whole page at once.

Deliberate

Not every flag gets fixed.

Some corrections cost more than the problem. When we decide to leave a marker outside range, that is a decision we make on purpose and write down, not one we make by forgetting.

Honest

The panel measures. It does not predict.

Every marker describes something true about your finances today, or something mechanical about their trajectory. None of them forecast markets, and none of them are promises.

Begin

Thirty minutes.
No preparation.

Leave the call knowing which of your financial markers are within range and which need attention.
